3. Sources of the data and purpose of collecting & processing the personal data
Personal data is collected and processed to provide services with customer´s consent.
The primary source of the data is information provided by the customer or partner in
the beginning of the collaboration. Part of the buying and selling process, we are
collecting personal information. Reason for collecting the data is to ensure good
customer service and the production of the services between Raitola Reindeer and
Husky Farm, the customer and our partner(s).
4. Content of the register can contain following data
• Name
• Email address
• Amount of participants eg. family members participating the program
• Phone number
• Dietary restrictions
• Age
• Services ordered and delivered
• Invoicing details (only for companies)
5. Protection and storage of data
Raitola reindeer and husky farm is committed to respect customers privacy and
securing their information. We are taking reasonable precautions to make sure the
customer data is not inappropriately misused, accessed, disclosed, lost or destroyed.
We are only collecting information which is necessary for the daily operations of our
services. Data may be only accessed by authorized employees and collaboration
partners with personal username and password. Access rights are limited depending
on the task of the employee/partner. We do not transfer data outside of EU.
Data is stored in the register for maximum 10 years, without other agreement or law
requirements.
6. Customer rights
Customer has right to access, correct and delete her/his own personal data from the register. Contact [email protected] for these purposes. Customer may have to verify their identity to insure, that Raitola Reindeer and Husky Farm doesn’t disclosure any data for the unknown third party. Customer has also right to lodge a complaint if they consider that the personal data processes are not following the given data protection regulations.
7. Third-party services
Third-party providers, which we are using in our production, are only using and
collecting the data in order to perform the services, which they are providing to us.
In case the customer is purchasing products from another company, but the products
are operated here in Raitola, it is customers responsibility to check the privacy policy
of the company where they purchased the product. We are not taking responsibilities
of other websites privacy policies, and it is recommended to check the privacy
policies of all the websites they are using.
8. Changes of the policy
Raitola reindeer and husky farm is allowed to make changes to this privacy policy.
We will be updating the possible changes here in our website, so that they are
accessible.
