Set off on an exciting snowmobile ride through Lapland’s winter wonderland, leading to the best ice fishing spots. Drill your own hole in the ice, with guidance from our expert, who will teach you how to bait and lure fish.

During the break, we pause to enjoy the peace and silence of nature. We prepare a delicious, warming soup over an open fire, perfectly complementing the experience in the winter wilderness.

-Pick up time front of Santa ́s Hotel Santa Claus (city center) is 45 minutes before the departure time.

If you are coming with your own car directly to Raitola, please come 30 minutes before the starting time of the excursion.

What you need to know:

  • Minimum age to drive a snowmobile is 18 years, and a valid B-class driving license is required. Please bring your license with you. If you do not bring your driving license you won’t be able to drive a snowmobile and no refund can be offered.
  • Two adults per snowmobile. For groups of three or other odd numbers, we recommend purchasing a single driver supplement.
  • Our snowmobiles are fully insured. In the case of an accident, the maximum self-liability is 800€/person/snowmobile
  • Children aged 4–14 travel in the sled behind the guide’s snowmobile. For comfort and safety, we recommend that one parent sits in the sled with a small child.
  • Children over 140 cm may ride as a passenger on the snowmobile and will be charged the adult price (subject to availability).
  • Not suitable for children aged 0–3.
  • Not recommended for pregnant women.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. We operate with zero tolerance.
  • Please bring any personal medication you may need (e.g. insulin, asthma inhaler, heart medicine).
  • Dress according to the weather. Layered clothing is essential – the colder it gets, the more layers you’ll need under your thermal suit.
